IT Thorp President Harvey Mason and State Treasurer Charles Smith broke the
original ground for the corporation’s $400,000 expansion program here shortly
after 2:30 o’clock Monday afternoon on a cold and windy, but sunny day. Not only
sunny for taking a picture, but assuredly a sunny day for the future of the City
of Thorp. ITT Thorp expansion program with its inescapable message, is a
homefelt delight to the community.
