Area law enforcement officers were graduated this month from school offered at
Menomonie by District One Technical Institute, Eau Claire.
The course is certified by the Board and offers concentrated education in many
aspects of police work from investigation procedures and laws of arrest, to
public relations and interviewing. Instructors are experience law officers and
other specially selected personnel in specific study areas.
Local officer Terry Biddle received a score of 92.1 from a top of 94.
Graduates of the class represented 14 law enforcement agencies.
