Francis J. Giwojna was presented with a $300 U.S. Savings Bond as part of ITT Thorp Corporation’s Suggestion Program. Robert Dunlap, ITT Thorp Comptroller, made the presentation on Monday, December 10, 1973. Giwajna, an accountant, suggested a modification of the firm’s accounting system, which will affect a substantial savings for the company. Giwojna, 200 East Grant, Thorp, has been employed at ITT Thorp for over 30 years.
