Prock, Maynard (Manager - 1980)
A Neillsville native, Maynard Prock, son of Mrs. Pearl Prock, 612 E. Twelfth
St., Neillsville, was recently named manager of engineering for a McKinney,
Tex., manufacturer of elevators.
Montgomery Elevator Company, headquartered in Moline, Ill., recently opened a
new plant in McKinney, their seventh facility in the nation. The 75,000 square
foot building will have the capacity to manufacture 1,600 elevators a year, each
customed designed, and will be staffed by 75 employees.
Prock, who has been section chief of mechanical engineering in the traction
engineering division since 1975, started with the company in 1960 and has worked
in electrical engineering, drafting and detailing, research and development and
as an administrative assistant in research and development.
