Johnson, Daniel L. (Service Notes - 1980)
Daniel L. Johnson, 17, Neillsville, has joined the Navy’s Delated Entry Program,
which allows participants to enlist now, but leave for active duty at a later
date.
Daniel, the son of Chester and Irma Johnson, Neillsville, will report for
active-duty May 22. After his recruit training at the Navy Training Center, he
will attend the Navy’s Advanced Electronics schools in Orlando, Florida and
Great Lakes, Illinois. The 11-month course will cover the broad spectrum of
electronic theory and analysis. Dan is a mid-term graduate of Neillsville High
School.
