Donash, Mary (9 Nov 1893 – 27 Jan 1974)

The former Mary Osowski, daughter of the late Joseph and Pauline Osowski, was born on November 9, 1893 in Milwaukee, Wis., where she lived until the family moved to Thorp, Wis. She was united in marriage September 4, 1920 to Felix Donash. They made their home in Chicago, Ill. until her death on January 27, 1974.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; daughter, Alice Fisher; three sisters and five brothers.

Survivors include four daughters: Joan Donash, Muriel Kruschni, Ruth Fisher, Leona Bocian; sixteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; also two sisters, Mrs. B. Lato of Thorp, and Mrs. A. Balicki of Slater, Missouri, and one brother, John Osowski of Thorp, Wis.

Services were held on Wednesday, January 30 at Queen f Angel’s Church, with burial in Maryhill Cemetery in Chicago.
