A new Post of the Veteran of Foreign wars has been formed in Thorp. The new Post
was chartered with 28 members. The charter period may remain open for a period
of 90 days. During this period every new, reinstated or continuous member may
become a charter member.
Eligibility includes insurance of a theater of operations ribbon for overseas
service, such as AP, ETO, KSM, China Service, Expeditionary, VNSM, or Occupation
Ribbon.
The new Post will hold its first meeting at the American Legion Hall on
Wednesday, March 6, 1974 at 7:30 p.m.
All are invited to attend.
