Harper, Betty (10 Sep 1928 – 13 Mar 1974)
Mrs. Betty Harper, 45, formerly of Thorp, died Wednesday following a heart
attack. She was born Elizabeth Baldeschwiler, September 10, 1928, in the Town of
Worden, Clark County.
Surviving are two sons, Eugene Harper, Madison, Keith Harper, with the U.S. Army
in Europe; two daughters, Linda Harper, Racine, Susan Harper, Wausau; three
sisters, Mrs. Martin Oberle and Mrs. Harley Hoffman, both of Thorp, Mrs. David
Stav, Wausau; and two brothers, Raymond and Alfred Baldeschwiler, both of Thorp.
Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Agnes Church, rural Wausau.
Burial was at 2 p.m. at the St. Bernard’s Cemetery in Thorp.
