The first annual edition of Outstanding Educators in America includes a teacher
from the South Milwaukee Junior High School. This is the first time that
elementary and secondary educators and administrators have been included in the
same directory with college faculty members and administrators. Educators
selected to appear in this publication are thos whose background, scholarship,
service and achievement are worthy of note.
Frank A. Harycki, a social studies teacher in South Milwaukee Junior High
School, attended UW- Eau Claire for both his undergraduate and graduate work.
Prior to living in South Milwaukee, he taught at New London, Wisconsin.
While in South Milwaukee, he has been active in Boy Scout leadership activities
and the Milwaukee County Council of boy Scouts, church work, camping and VFW
activities.
