Mr. and Mrs. John Zaidel, Thorp, announce the marriage of their daughter, Carol
Jean, to Richard Paul Rode, son of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Rode of Withee. Rev.
John Puerner officiated at the 7:00 p.m. ceremony on March 20, 1974 at St.
Hedwig’s Catholic Church, Thorp.
Attending the bride was her sister, Nancy Zaidel of Thorp, and Mark Ramberg of
Withee, cousin of the groom.
A reception followed at Ron’s Club 73. The couple will reside at Minneapolis,
Minnesota.
