Anton Jarosz, formerly of Thorp, now residing in a nursing home in Wausau,
celebrated his 93rd birthday on May 17, 1974. He was born in 1881 at Pilzno,
Poland, and was married to Helen Rogalski, who died in 1964.
He was a resident of the Thorp community for 47 years, retiring in 1947. For the
past 8 months he has been in nursing homes, now residing at the Colonial Manor,
1110 Wausau Ave., Wausau, Wisconsin.
