Miss Karen Ann Haas became the bride of Michael T. Rittenhouse on Saturday, June
14, 1974 at St. Peter Clauer Church, Sheboygan. Father Paul Raczynski performed
the three p.m. marriage ceremony. Readers were Pam Haas and Doreen Lindsay.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Haas, Sheboygan, and Mr. and Mrs.
Willard Brusse and Jerome Rittenhouse, Sheboygan.
Maid of honor was Barb Byrum, Sheboygan, and bridesmaids were Cindy Haas and
Wendy Gartman, both of Sheboygan. Flower girl was Tina Brusse, Sheboygan.
Best man was Patrick Lamb, Sheboygan, and groomsmen were Joel Conrad and Neil
Gartman, both of Sheboygan. Ushers were Robert Haas, brother of the bride,
Sheboygan, and James Rittenhouse, cousin of the groom, Whitewater.
A reception for 175 guests was held at Standard Hall.
The bride is a graduate of South High in 1973, and attended I.T.T. School for
Nurses Aid. The groom is a 1973 graduate of South High.
Their wedding trip was to North Dakota, where they will make their home in Grand
Forks.
