Drach, Dr. Irvin Arthur II (30 November 1948 - 15 December 2021)

Dr. Irvin A. Drach II, 73, Loyal, passed away peacefully at his home of natural causes on Wednesday, December 15, 2021.

Irvin was born on November 30, 1948, in Marshfield, to Dr. Irvin A. and Marietta B. (Draxler) Drach.

He graduated from Columbus High School in 1966. Irv continued his education in fine arts and was a graduate of UW-Madison. He then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic and graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 1979, practicing in Marshfield until 1985. Irv then established his practice in Loyal, where he practiced until his retirement.

He was talented as an actor who enjoyed singing, as an artist with a good eye and as a musician who loved playing the guitar.

Although quiet by nature, he wasn’t while cheering on local high school football teams or the Green Bay Packers. He thoroughly enjoyed backyard softball and football games with his nieces and nephews. He will be missed.

He is survived by his mother, Marietta Drach of Marshfield, siblings; Jeffrey (Dawn) Drach, of Merrill, Stephen (Barbara) Drach of Marshfield, David (Cynthia) Drach of Manitowoc, Dr. Paul (Kathleen) Drach of Marshfield, Mary Ann Jordan of Stevens Point, Julie Lee of Denver, CO., Lonna Alexander of Wausau, and John (Molly) Drach of Waverly, IA., and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father.

A private family memorial service was held Saturday, Dec. 18 at Rembs Funeral Home, Marshfield, with Pastor Aaron Herman officiating. Burial was in Hillside Cemetery, Marshfield.
