Announcement of the choice of Thorp as the location of the newest office of
First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Black River Falls has been made by
Louis D. Primus, Executive Vic President and General Manager of this Wester
Wisconsin savings Institution. Mr. Primus stated that until permanent office
quarters are provided in the IGA shopping center here, complete savings
services, as well as home financing operations, will be transacted in the office
quarter just across the parking lot from the permanent location.
Janet Ciolkosz is the manager of the new office. Mrs. Ciolkosz and First Federal
Savings cordially invite all to ask question about the new savings and home loan
organization. She offers the full saving and home financing services that First
Federal Savings provides, including passbooks that earn for their owners the
highest legal interest rates.
First Federal’s board of directors, which establishes its policies, is today
holding its September meeting at Thorp.
