Dallas Wuethrich, Wuethrich Creamery Company, Greenwood, was elected secretary of the Wisconsin Dairy Projects Association at its recent annual meeting at Lake Delton.

The association, newly formed as a result of the consolidation of the former Wisconsin Dairy Foods Association and the Wisconsin Creameries Association, represents the interest of the fluid milk, ice cream, butter and cheese manufacturers in Wisconsin and portions of Iowa.
