Castillo, Senon (23 June 1970 – 21 December 2021)
Senon Castillo, age 51, went home to Jesus on December 21, 2021, after a
struggle with Covid-19.
Senon was born on June 23, 1970, in Zacatecas, Mexico to Jose Vicente Castillo &
Demetria Bonilla and was one of twelve siblings, five whom he has joined in
heaven. He grew up surrounded by his large family. Senon was raised to be loving
and caring, which lead to his great generosity.
Everyone who met Senon would say he was the ‘life of the party’! Dancing to his
favorite song ‘Corazon de Texas’ and listening to Mexican music are a few gifts
he leaves engraved in our memories. Senon brought joy to any atmosphere and had
a special way of making everyone feel welcome heaven has fun coming its way!
Besides spending time with family and friends, Senon was a proud business owner
of a Mexican grocery store and a car dealership in Abbotsford.
Surviving members of Senon’s family include his parents, Vicente & Demetria; his
partner, Brenda Herrera; his children, Ricardo Castillo, Eric (Abby) Castillo,
Magaly (Luis) Vasquez, and JV Castillo; his siblings, Guillermina Castillo,
Americo (Elena) Castillo, Magdalena, Ricardo (Isabel), and Maria Guadalupe
Castillo (Raul); 3 grandchildren, Keith, Alexa, & Sophia. He was preceded in
death by his three brothers, Gabino, Jose Vicente, and Guillermo Castillo, one
sister Maria Agustina Castillo, along with her twin brother (un-named).
-Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes
in me will live, even though they die; 26 and whoever lives by believing in me
will never die." John 11: 25-26
