Former Eidsvold (Clark Co., Wis.) resident, Ione (VanErt) Ellingson was elected
mayor of Menahga, Minnesota. Menahga is a resort town in north central
Minnesota.
Mrs. Ellingson is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis VanErt of route 3, Stanley,
and is a graduate of Stanley High School. Her husband, Clayton, is a member of
the Menahga public school faculty, and they have five sons.
