Clark Co-UW-Stout (Chancellor’s Award - 1980)
Three students from the Neillsville area have been named to receive the
Chancellor’s Award for academic excellence during the second semester at
UW-Stout.
They are Janell Ross, a junior majoring in child development and family life,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Ross, 1511 Hewett St.; Gary Ross, a junior
majoring in industrial education, son of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Ross, 1511 Hewett
St.; David Marksteiner, a freshman majoring in applied mathematics, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Anthony Marksteiner, Rt. 1.
The award replaces what has been traditionally known as the Dean’s List and is
presented to students who have a semester grade point average of 3.5 or above.
