Burzynski, Mr./Mrs. John (60th – 10 Nov 1974)
Mr. and Mrs. John Burzynski of 217 Washington Street, Stanley, were the guests
of honor at a reception in honor of their 60th Wedding Anniversary, given for
them by their children on Saturday, November 9, 1974.
The day began with dinner at the Thorpedo Restaurant at 4:30 p.m. All of their
children and grandchildren were present. An anniversary cake decorated with many
multi-colored flowers, made a beautiful centerpiece.
Following dinner, a Mass was offered for them at St. Mary’s Czestochowa Church
by the Rev. Stanley Chilicki. Wedding vows were exchanged by the couple and a
special bless was given. The altar was decorated with yellow mums for the
occasion.

served and entertainment was provided by the couple’s two sons-in-law, Joseph
Leanski and Alex Wrobel, and grandson, Richard Wrobel.
