Chief Completes Leadership Training
Neillsville Police Chief Jim Mankowski has graduated from the course Leadership in Police Organization, per a Jan. 6 announcement on the police department’s Facebook page. The three-week course was sponsored by the International Association of Chiefs of Police and the state of Wisconsin and took place at the La Crosse County Sheriff’s Office. Mankowski learned how to implement a dispersed ethical leadership model based on shared values and principles. Submitted photo
