Humke, George (90th – 27 July 1980)

George Humke, Greenwood, was honored on his 90th birthday with a potluck dinner held at the Legion Hall in Greenwood on Sunday, July 27. Ninety were present.

Those attending were all of his seven children, grandchildren and their families and nieces and nephews. His children are George and Val Humke, Sterling, Ill.; Delmar and Ruth Toburen , Greenwood; Robert and Verona Jackson, Sparta; Irvin and Shirley Humbke, Greenwood; Paul and Rose Carol Humke, Greenwood; Harvey and Betty Humke, Green Bay; and Glen and Jeanette Horn, Thorp.

Grandchildren are Dennis, Millie, Mike, Michelle, Jennifer, Heather and Rachel Humke, Marshfield; Dennis, Judy, David and Brian Wiltgen, Marshfield; Bob, Jr., Edie, and Holly Jackson, Sparta; Kurt, Todd, Joel, Dale and Tina Humke, Greenwood; Julie Van Sickle and Jean Humke, Green Bay; Don and Candy Cook, Blair; and Randy and Howard Horn, Thorp.
