Morgan, Jorja Marie (2 August 1951 – 31 January 2022)

Jorja M. Morgan, 70, of Neillsville passed away Monday January 31, 2022, at Marshfield Hospital in Marshfield.

Jorja was born on August 2, 1951, in Neillsville, to Roger Steinbring and Dixie Steinbring (Graves). Jorja graduated from Stratford High School in Stratford, in 1969. Following graduation, Jorja moved to Texas and began working at Parker College of Chiropractic as a payroll associate. In 1972, she gave birth to her daughter Rebecca. Jorja was an Auxiliary member of the American Legion in Plano, Texas. Along with her husband Wayne, she enjoyed going on motorcycle rides, including lots of benefit rides as well as saluting fallen comrades at national cemeteries.

She loved her two Dalmatians Doc and Rocky and enjoyed spending time shopping. In 2017, Jorja returned to Neillsville and worked various jobs.

She is survived by her daughter Rebecca (Tim) Ziegler; Mother Dixie Kranz; ex-husband and friend Wayne Morgan; brother: Rodney Steinbring; and stepbrothers: Pat Kranz, and Joe (Michelle) Kranz. Jorja was preceded in death by her father Roger (Buster) Steinbring; stepfather Jerry Kranz; and her Sister Lana Marshall. There are no formal services at this time.
