Klehr, Virona (27 March 1909-31 July 1983)

UNITY -- Mrs. Nicholas (Virona) Klehr, 74, Unity died Sunday at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield. She was a patient there since July 12.

Services will be today at the Rux Funeral Home, Colby. The Rev. Kenneth A. Dix of First United Church of Christ, Colby, will officiate. Graveside services will be Wednesday at Union Cemetery, Random Lake. Burial will follow.

The former Virona Arndt was born March 27, 1909, in Sheboygan County to the late Mr. and Mrs. John Arndt She and Nicholas Klehr were married July 25, 1925 in Silver Creek. He died in 1981. They farmed in the Germantown area before retiring and moving to Unity.

Survivors include a son, Norbert of Route 1, Unity, and two grandchildren. She also was predeceased by a granddaughter, one brother and two sisters.
