Jan Schilling is the recipient of the 1973 Betty Crocker Homemaker Award for
Colby High School.
Jan, a senior at Colby High School, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter
Runzheimer.
Chosen on the basis of scores in a written knowledge and attitude examination
administered to high school seniors here and throughout the county last December
5, she will receive a specially designed award from General Mills, sponsor of
the annual Betty Crocker Search for American Homemakers of Tomorrow. In
addition, she will be eligible for state and national awards.
