Lulloff, Martha (9 Dec 1902 – 25 Mar 1973)
Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 28, 1973 at 2 p.m. at St. Paul’s
Lutheran Church, Green Grove, for Mrs. Bernard (Martha) Lulloff, 70, Route 2,
Owen, who died unexpectedly Sunday morning at her home in the town of Hoard. She
suffered an apparent heart attack.
The Rev. Arthur Rasch officiated, with burial in the Green Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. Lulloff, the former Martha Buss, was born in the town of Green Grove on
December 9, 1902. She received her education in local school, and on December
20, 1920, she married Bernard Lulloff.
After their marriage, they lived in the town of Green Gove for a short time, and
then on a farm in the town of Colby until 1928. They then farmed in the town of
Hoard east of Owen.
Mrs. Lulloff had served as clerk of the Midway School District in the town of
Hoard.
Survivors, besides her husband, include two daughters, Mrs. Clarence (Darlene)
Richards, Goodman, and Mrs. Fred (Helen) Walz, New Port Richey, Florida; five
sons, Carmen, Germantown, Bernard, James and Robert, Owen, and Arlyh, Arlington,
Tennessee.
A sister, Elizabeth Buss, Curtiss, along with sixteen grandchildren and three
great-grandchildren, also survived.
Four brothers preceded her in death.
