Zion Lutheran Church in Colby was the site of the sharing of wedding vows for
Cheryl Ann Staffeil and Scott Devere Krejci. Parents of the bride are Roger
Staffeil of Rt. 1 Colby, and Grace Staffeil of Thorp. Parents of the groom are
Mr. and Mrs. Devere Krejci, Rt. 4 Neillsville.
The Rev. Robin Fink officiated at the ceremony. Offering music was Bob Vande Loo.

The couple will make their home in Marshfield. The new Mrs. Krejci is a 1977
graduate of Colby High School and is employed as a teller for Central Bank and
Trust of Marshfield. Her husband, a 1976 graduate of Neillsville High School, is
a salesman for Kindt Building Center of Marshfield.
At the wedding, Carol Chapman, a sister of the bride from Marshfield, was matron
of honor. Joining her were Lois Wissell of Spencer and Elaine Mercer of
Marshfield. Bestman was Herb Chapman, who was joined by Thomas Krueger, and
Allen Schroeder, all of Marshfield. Ushering were Kevin Krejci, the groom’s
brother of Neillsville and jeff Staffeil the bride’s brother of Thorp.
The bride chose an organza gown featuring a Queen Anne’s neckline, pleated
bishop sleeves, chapel train and Juliet headpiece with matching lace-trimmed
veil. She carried a bouquet of white roses, pink carnations, pink statice and
baby’s breath. Her attendants wore organza dresses with princess skirts and
bishop sleeves. They carried \three long stemmed pink roses adorned with baby’s
breath.
Following the wedding service, a reception, dinner and dance was held at the
Village Plaza of Spencer. The couple did not disclose their wedding trip plans.
