Jason Edward, son of Mr. and Mrs. Duane Anderson, was baptized during the
Saturday evening service in the Trinity Lutheran Church, Unity, with Rev. James
Primley officiating. Sponsors were Mr. and Mrs. Gaylan Rogers. Jason was born on
April 5, 1973 and joins one sister, Sherry, age three, and one brother, Brian
age 2.
His grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Harold Hederer, Unity. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth
Anderson, Rose Creek, Minnesota. Great-grandparents are Wenzel Hederer, Colby,
Mr. and Mrs. Richard Peters, Oakland, Minnesota, and Mr. and Mrs. Ed Melander,
Spencer.
A lunch was served in Jason’s honor after the baptism at the home of his
parents. Those present were Sue Degenhardt, Loyal; Mr. and Mrs. Gaylan Rogers
and family, Mr. and Mrs. Duane Lee and family, Rochester, Minnesota, Mr. and
Mrs. Harold Hederer and family, Unity, and Mr. and Mrs. Ed Melander, Spencer.
