The home of Mr. and Mrs, Robert Chadwick, Rt. 1 Greenwood, was the site of the
wedding of their daughter, Connie, of Minneapolis to John Campbell of Seattle,
Washington.
The Rev. Gary Clark of the Neillsville United Church of Christ officiated at the
Saturday, April 14, late afternoon sharing of the vows.
Greg and Diane Gress, a sister and brother-in-law from Minneapolis, served as
matron of honor and best man. The father of the bride presented his daughter to
her husband-to-be.
The bride chose a lace-topped gown in an ivory color and carried lilies of the
valley and a white rose. Her attendant wore a rose-colored gown featuring a lace
top and carried lilies of the valley and a pine rose. The groom and bestman wore
tuxedos of black cherry with ivory shirts.
The couple will make their home in Lynnwood, Washington, and announced that
their wedding trip would center on sightseeing in the Seattle area.
The new Mrs. Campbell is a 1971 graduate of Neillsville High School and from
UW-Eau Claire in 1975. Her husband is employed by Eldec, Inc., of the Lynnwood
area.
Attending the wedding and reception, the later held at the Riviera Supper Club
on Lake Arbutus, were Karl Minor and Jeanne, Una Magsad, Kathy Chadwick, Greg
and Diane Gress, Mary Bucher, Roger Schiltz and Bill and Loir Schiltz, all of
Minneapolis; Beverly Chadwick, Eau Claire; and Bill Juneau and family and Diane
Janisch, all of Chicago.
