Word has been received of the death of Guy Warden at his home in Berryville, Arkansas, on May 10, 1973. Death was caused by heart attack.

Funeral services were held May 14 in Berryville, with burial in the Memorial Park Cemetery.

Surviving are his wife, Florence; a son, James, of Pewaukee; a daughter, Mrs. Ronald (Patricia) Hepner, Milwaukee; four sisters, including Mrs. Bertel Miller and Mrs. Milton Patrick of Withee; a stepson and a stepdaughter, and four grandchildren.
