German. Harley & Loretta (60th Anniversary - 6 August 1983)
Mr. and Mrs. Harley German of Route 2, Owen, were honored at an open house
August 6 in observance of their 60th wedding anniversary. Open house was
attended by relatives and friends at the home of Mr, and Mrs. Warren German.
Harley German and Loretta Melvin were married August 6, 1923 in Black River
Falls. Their four sons are Stanley and Warren of Owen, Harold of Thorp and
Donald of St. Paul, Minnesota.
Following an open house, there was a cookout and supper with members of the
Melvin family holding a reunion.
