Colleges, universities and technical schools often announce when local men and
women receive special honors, participate in campus activities or complete their
education.
In recent announcements, by school; were:
UW-Stevens Point—Graduating were Dawn Olson, Rt. 2 Colby, honors in art
education; David Sowieja, 108 South Hendren St., Greenwood, sociology; Mary
Furman, Rt. 2 Loyal, Music; and Peggy Oestreich, rt. 2 Loyal, elementary
education.
