Two Abbotsford families are this year’s hosts to the Abbotsford High School AFS
students, Miss Temperance Futhi Diamini of MBanae, Swaiziland, and Nezih Zekai
Hasanoglu of Levent, Istanbul, Turkey.
Miss Diamini is staying with the Harold Amacher Jr. family. She is 18 years old
and has six sisters and two brothers. Her father is a retired civil servant and
her mother is a housewife.
Hasanoglu is a guest of the Dr. C. M. Ellis family. He is 16 years old and has
two younger brothers. He made his home in Levent with an aunt, Mrs. Rahime Gokee,
a state employee. His father is a refinery shift foreman and his mother is a
housewife.
