SPENCER -- The Spencer School District accepted a letter from Superintendent
James DiUlio, telling of his plans for an early retirement on June 30, 1984.
DiUlio has been with the Spencer School District for nearly 15 years, having
come to Spencer after acting as superintendent of the Birchwood School District
for 17 years. He also a teacher in the Shell Lake District, and is a native of
Hurley.
David Grieser was named Jaycee of the Month and Ray Schnable was Jaycee of the
Quarter.
Ten members of the Spencer Garden Club met recently at the home of Wanda
Schwarze where Josephine See was made an honorary member of the club.
