Menne, Julie Anne (Engagement - 1981)
An August 30 wedding date has been set for Julie Ann Menne and James Phillip
Garramone, both of Kenosha. Parents of the couple are Frances Barlow of
Neillsville and Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Garramone, Kenosha. Julie is a graduate of
Neillsville High School and St. Joseph’ Hospital School of Histology in
Marshfield and is employed as a histology technician at Kenosha Memorial
Hospital. James, a graduate of Tremper High School, UW-Parkside and St. Joseph’s
School of Medical Technology in Milwaukee, is also employed at Kenosha Memorial.
