Ingold, Mr. and Mrs. Roger (Golden - 1981)
Roger and Hermina Ingold were feted on their golden anniversary, June 27, at a
special open house and dinner celebration at the Neillsville Country Club.
The couple, Roger Ingold and Hermina Essig, were united in marriage on June 27,
1931, at the home of the bride’s parents.
Roger was born on June 23, 1906, in Deer Creek to Mr. and Mrs. Amiel Ingold.
Hermina was born on April 13, 1909, in Washington, Illinois, to Mr. and Mrs.
John Essig. They moved to a farm near Neillsville in 1948 and then to the city
in 1970,
The couple had two daughters, Shirley, who died in infancy, and Mrs. Marvin
(Mary) Naedler of Granton; and a son, Roger, Neillsville. They are now joined by
seven grandchildren, Larry, Rodney, Nancy and Joyce Naedler and Julie, Jimmy and
Wendy Ingold. (The children and grandchildren hosted the anniversary gala).
