Airman Robert G. Koontz, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry G. Koontz, Dorchester, has
been assigned to Lowry AFB, Colorado, after completing Air Force basic training.
During his six weeks at air training command’s Lackland AFB, Texas, he studied
the Air Force missions, organization and customs, and received specialized
training in human relations.
The airman has been assigned to the technical training center at Lowry for
specialized training in the munitions and weapons maintenance field.
Airman Koontz is a 1973 graduate of Colby High School.
