The annual banquet was planned recently by the Colby Future Farmers of America
Alumni. It will be November 5 at the Colby Veterans of Foreign Wars Hall. John
Jones, agriculture adviser, and the Colby FFA members will cook the meals.
Don Spranger and Jim Hager were named to the nominating Committee to elect
officers at the banquet.
The Scholarship Committee reported giving a $300 scholarship to Tom Calley.
Other scholarship recipients are Kathy Brehm and Dave Bach.
