DORCHESTER - Two area men were honored during the Catholic Order of Foresters
district meeting recently at St. Louis Catholic Church, Dorchester.
Ed Brill, of St. Mary's Court of Colby, received the Outstanding Forester
plaque. Henry Feldbruegge, of St. Louis Court, earned a 50-year continuous
membership pin. Feldbruegge has held local offices as inside sentinel, trustee
and conductor, and is presently vice chief ranger. He also served as district
trustee for a number of years.
Dinner was served to 83 members and guests by the local Women's Catholic Society
of Foresters. Special guests were Rob Kucirek, state chief ranger; Bill
Stanbough, state vice chief ranger; Roger Brill, high court trustee, and Gary
Heil, district salesman.
The spring meeting was set for April in Marathon. Local members attending were
Mr. and Mrs. Henry Feldbruegge, Mr. and Mrs. John Pinter, Mr. and Mrs. Wilfred
Heindl, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Jantsch, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Peissig, Mr. and Mrs. Ed
Werner and Mr. and Mrs. Clem Heindl.
