Gottschalk, Marlin Ralph (Grad - 1981)
Merlin Ralph Gottschalk, a member of Phi Beta Kappa, recently graduated from
Emery University’s graduate school, Atlanta, Georgia, with a Ph.D. in biology.
Dr. Gottschalk began work with the State of Georgia Environmental Control. He is
the son of Robert and Lorraine (Stiemke) Gaylord, formerly of Neillsville, and
now of St. Petersburg, Florida. He is the grandson of Bertha Stiemke,
Neillsville.
Dr. Gottschalk has two younger brothers, Kenneth, who is a medical technologist
at Sun Bay Community Hospital in St. Petersburg, and Gregory, at home.
