Debra Jean Mueller, Withee, and Marcia Yvonne Wagner, Owen, were among 783
students who received Bachelor’s degrees at graduation ceremonies held May 12,
1978 at the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh. Ceremonies were held on May 12,
but spring semester ended on June 3 under the Oshkosh academic calendar of
having a three-week session consecutive to its regular 14 week session.
Debra Mueller graduated with highest honor, with a degree in Library Science.
Marcia Wagner received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing.
