Doehr, Mr. and Mrs. Lyle (40th - 1981)

Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Doehr celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary at a Sunday afternoon, August 2, open house at the Granton Sportsmen’s Club. Approximately 200 friends and relatives attended.

The anniversary celebration was held early so that a daughter, Cheryl, and children, who are visiting from Alaska could attend.

All of the Doehr’s children were at the event. They include Mrs. Russel (Lou Ann) Lang, Marshfield; Mrs. Daniel (Lana) Metko, Fremont; Mrs. Gary (Becky) Rand, Ft. Wainwright, Alaska; and Daryl, River Falls. The honored couple also have ten grandchildren.

Brothers and sisters of the couple attending were Mr. and Mrs. Harold Montag, Chili; Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Dankemyer, Neillsville; Arvin Diel, Chili; and Mr. and Mrs. Lucien Moh, Granton.
