Patricia Jessen of South Milwaukee and Richard R. Mackowiak, Jr., of Greenfield
were united in marriage on Saturday evening, August 1, before Circuit Judge
Pruss. The ceremony was held in Milwaukee’s Mitchell Park Horticultural
Conservatory. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Earl Chubb, Rt. 1 Granton, and
the late Victor R. Jessen. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard
Mackowiak, Sr., Greenfield.
Following the nuptials, a supper was served at a Milwaukee restaurant, which was
followed by a reception at the home of the Groom’s parents.
The couple took a wedding trip to Bahamas. Upon their return, they made their
home in South Milwaukee. The new Mackowiak is a graduate of Neillsville High
School, North Central Technical Institute of Wausau and Milwaukee Area Technical
College. Her husband is a graduate of Greenfield High School and from the
Electronic Computer Programming Institute, Milwaukee. Both are employed by
General Motors A-C Spark Plug Division, Milwaukee.
