Susan Runzheimer, Route 2, Colby, a member of the Cherokee Chums 4-H Clumb,
recently received a $200 scholarship. The Marathon County 4-H office announced
that the scholarship was awarded to Susan by Ball Brothers for outstanding work
in 4-H food management.
In addition to her in-depth work in foods and nutrition and food preservations,
Susan has also been very active in photography, wild life management, forestry,
clothing, and junior leadership projects. Susan has been a 4-H member for eight
years.
The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Runzheimer, Susan is currently enrolled as a
freshman at the University of Wisconsin, Marshfield campus.
