Mr. and Mrs. Cyril Decker, Dorchester, announce the engagement of their
daughter, Joanne, to Cliff (Garczynski), son of Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Williams,
Owen.
Miss Decker, a 1973 graduate of Colby High School, is employed by the Farmers
State Bank, Stetsonville. Her fiancé, a 1970 graduate of Medford Senior High
School, is employed by the Harvey Company, Medford.
No definite wedding plans have been made.
