Menne, Julie Anne (30 August 1981)
Julie Anne Menne and James Phillip Garramone were united in marriage on August
30 during afternoon ceremonies in Kenosha. The Rev. Gary Evans officiated.
Parent of the bride is Frances Barlow, 1711 North Black River Road, Neillsville.
The groom’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Garramone, Kenosha.
Melissa Van Caster was the maid of honor. She was joined by Shari Drake, Kathy
Phillips, Mary Ellingson and Marcie Barlow, all sisters of the bride.
Louis Olson was the best man. He was joined by Thomas Van Caster, James Ward and
Roger Sturycz.
The bride is a graduate of Neillsville High School and St. Joseph’s School of
Histology in Milwaukee. The groom is a graduate of George Tremper High in
Kenosha and from UW-Parkside and St. Joseph’s School of Medical Technology,
Milwaukee. She is employed by G.D. Searle, a Skokie, Illinois, pharmaceutical
manufacturer, and he by Kenosha Memorial Hospital. The couple announced a
Delavan wedding trip.
