Ray R. Soden of Bensenville, Illinois, Commander-in-Chief of the Veterans of
Foreign Wars of the United States, has announced that Conrad Orth, Colby (VFW
Post 2227), a member of the VFW's national civil service and employment
committee, will attend the annual VFW mid-winter conference of national officers
and department (state) commanders March 8 to 12, 1974, in Washington, D.C.
