Abbotsford Cub Scouts held their Pinewood Derby on Monday evening, March 25,
1974 at the city hall. Twenty boys raced the car they had carved from pinewood
kits. Harold Mills served as judge, and first place was awarded to Kent Meyer,
second place to Brad Devereaux, and third place to Todd Medenwaldt. The three
top winners received trophies, and all boys competing received participation
ribbons.
