Neumann, Kay Ann (13 Jul 1961 – 28 Jun 2022)
Kay Ann Neumann, age 60, of Abbotsford, passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2022,
at her home surrounded by her family under the tender care of Aspirus Comfort
Care and Hospice.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday July 8, 2022, at the
Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home in Abbotsford. Pastor Will Krebs will preside.
Family and friends are welcome from 12 noon until the time of the service at the
funeral home.
Kay was born on July 13, 1961, the daughter of Ruben and Arline (Buss)
Pribbernow in Marshfield. She was united in marriage to Noel Neumann while in
high school on August 5, 1978, at St. John’s North in Spencer. She worked for 30
years at Abbyland.
Kay enjoyed traveling with Noel across our country on the motorcycle. She loved
to garden, camp and fish. Most importantly, Kay loved and cherished her family.
Kay is survived by her husband, Noel of Abbotsford; two children: Trish (Jay)
Smith of Colby and Austin (Tami) Neumann of Wausau; five grandchildren: Braxton,
Alexa, Calvin, Taelyn and Beckett and three siblings: Fay (Rich) Kaczmarowski of
Marshfield, Larry (Sue) Pribbernow of Marshfield and Keith Pribbernow of Colby.
She is further survived by Noel’s siblings: Wanda (Chuck), Kathleen (Julius),
Craig (Sherri), Paula (Tom), Shelley (Jay), Mike (Janice), April (Jerry), Philan
and Neil (Becky), and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers: Roger and Doug.
The family would like to thank Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice, UW Cancer
Center in Madison and Aspirus Cancer Center in Wausau for the care they
provided.
