The Branstiter “Old Streets of Greenwood” museum received a donation on July 16 from Camp Victory of Greenwood of an old copper and brass washing machine made in 1912. It is believed that the machine was one of the first washing machines to have ever been made and was brought to Greenwood from a former boarding house in upper New York with the help of a series of truck drivers. Present during the donation on behalf of Camp Victory and the Branstiter Museum were: Jim Kitchen, Camp Victory board member Russ LaMarche, Diane Wildish and Pat Lindner.
