Mark Rannow and Les Willner, both of Colby, graduated with honors at North Central Vocational and Technical School, Antigo, on May 21, 1974. The two men received gold braid for academic achievement, awarded to those with a 3.5 or better scholastic average, and were the only two in the class to be so honored.

The commencement exercise was held at 7 p.m. at the Riverview Country Club, Antigo. Speaker at the exercise was Mrs. Ruth O. Sells, personnel director at Waukesha Bearing Corporation. Her talk was “Living Up to a Degree.”

Attending the commencement were Mr. and Mrs. Les Willner and Jim, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Rannow, Barbara and Bronwyn, and Mrs. Howard Rannow.
